I haven't had a bath since April 15th last year! Although i've showered nearly every day since.Though recently i've been skipping that as well, especially with the cold weather which drys my skin, so scrubbing under a shower wont help. I think letting the skins oils do their work instead of washing them away every day is ok. I'm not a sweaty type,in fact i rarely sweat,even on very warm days. If i've been for a ride on a dry cool day i won't bother having a shower. Is this acceptable?

You could water it down with some baileys if you want to be really healthyI had been thinking it might be Dairy (itchy skin), as I have been getting through a lot more milk than usual. I'm a big drinker of milk, but I've knocked down a couple of pints a night recently... of MILK.
Better stick to beer ?
