Heard that they're releasing Mario Kart Go, but that it's causing lots of crashes

What I'd like to know is what happens if a Pokemon is placed on private land, can the owner get rid of it? There was one which looked to be behind a hotel, but we left that one rather than trespass.

In theory you email Nintendo and it gets removed. In practice... I'll tell you when it's been removed because we're still waiting!

Edit: I should stay we have a Pokestop on private land. Whatever that is.

Was your dog upset by your delayed text? Does he/she reply, I just wondered what type of phone they use, mine has a problem with the old Nokia & finds the new Samsung's far more paw friendly.
Toffee is a technophobe and doesn't like to texts. He finds the smart phones a bit sensitive for his little paws. He was very upset, however, by being crowded by a bunch of idiot strangers.

Old Nokia?

I hate to break this to you, but apparently only drug dealers and those using their phones for nefarious activities use old Nokia phones

They don't want their position and activities tracked the way you can on a modern phone

It is true because I saw in on "Best of Police, Action, Interceptors Motorway Squad"

I find the flak against Pokémon Go a bit sad to be honest; it's a game which encourages exploration, interaction and exercise. A minority of idiots get reported on and it's seen as a bad thing.

Such a mixed message for kids (and adults too I suppose) too, on one hand it's "Our nation has an obesity crisis, we never go outside and interact and we're doing nothing about it!" then on the other it's "This game will get you robbed and snatched by a paedo or possibly run over by some dick on a bike!"

Oh dear.... I think Pokestops are where you fill up on coins or something you need to play the game, a sort of petrol station.

And your point is?

My dog is the area's biggest supplier of catnip, she, as a Collie has had the intellect to round up the suppliers & uses the mass of Staffordshire Bull Terriers that are available at the moment as enforcers.

That would explain a lot, thanks. Hope it gets removed soon!

Is this a "point of interest"? Generally pokestops are points of either local or national interest. Monuments, statues, plaques, etc. I think it's good, getting people to visit these places, and they generally give a small description of what it is too.

No, not a point of interest, and more importantly not public land. If it was on the paths outside I'd have no problem with it.

For what it's worth, I think anything that gets people out and about and walking places is a good thing. It might not be what I would do but I understand the attraction of it to others
