Just got back from a days motorbike training as I'm going for part one of my test tomorrow. While doing the emergency stop on my mock test on my own bike, I pulled a 6 foot skid in a perfect straight line and calmly took my foot off the brake pedal and re-applied the brake.

What can you blame cycling for?

Not having footbrakes....
When I took my motorbike test the examiners still stepped out in front of you for your emergency stop... until one got run over when he stepped out in front of the wrong motorbike!

Oh, you mean like truing the wire wheels on and MGB, and using a welder to cut and seal the ends of steel cables all in one swift flash.
