no you cant mate, you need to approach a Digital Aggregator to place music up on Spotify, the same Aggregator will also put music up on all the download sites, ie ITunes (85% of download business), Napster, HMV, Amazon etc, usually on a worlwide basis.

Can you get your own music uploaded onto there? I've lost count of the number of times people have asked if my band are on Spotify. I'm just creating an account for us now (cheers Alecsetcetc).
