I was undertaken today

It was warm ... uphill and I was pootling about 9 mph and I noticed a cyclist who was on the road, moved onto the pavement to undertake me and back onto the road again afterwards. The road was completely clear of cars other than parked ones!!

Maybe they were trying to tell me I should be on the pavement?

They then cycled across the road and up onto the other pavement. Strange behaviour.

Sounds weird that one... If people try to undertake me on the road (without pavement hopping), I usually just put my hand out to indicate that they shouldn't, because if I'm going that slowly, there's probably a reason why...
