He didnt get a caution (as far as I know, but I believe the BBC contacted the police). If anything it was for a Section 5 public order due to the swearing and threatening.

As predicted, this thread seems to have gone quiet. Had Matt made a pratt of himself that wouldn't have been the case. We would have been at page 30 by now.
He gets plenty of criticism or ribbing from people, myself included, when things go wrong (Dominoes pizza and bus station confrontations!), so a bit of credit for this would be good.
We know you've all secretly watched it by now

The Dominoes pizza thread was the best thing I have read on this forum, it beats the usual "I was passed by a car" or the "I get turned on by HiViz" threads. The Bus station was a classic, who would have been the only person able to pull out a photocopied page of the highway code and silence ignorance!!!
