Hello to all, sorry I have not been on for a long time due to my wife being ill and have had other things on.
I just wanted to come on and praise the folks at ICE, Yesterday, for the first time this year, I went out on my ICE Q 2008 just to see if all was still OK with the machine.
On returning home and putting it away, I found that one of the quick release seat base fixings had jumped ship somewhere on my ride.
I e-mailed them last night, and today Hero e-mailed back to say the replacement was winging its way to....
What a Great company to have around to look after us all.
