Never seen one with that bit below the head, but you could try searching through the stock of these folk - my go-to for bits and bobs

I'm guessing it's a pivot screw for gears or brakes. Possibly specific to the item.

what size washer do you think might work ? - do washer sizes have coded names ? looks to me about 2mm thick and about 8mm diamter - i think the screw part is M5 - maybe i need to use a couple of washers of a particualr size ... any advice appreciated....

here's its source - see image - a brompton rear roller wheel - but its 3rd party supplied -

Washers come in the same size as the bolt there going to be used with, M4, M5, M6 etc.

You can also get what's sometimes referred to as a 'repair washer' still the same hole size but larger diameter which is usually in mm , M5 x 20mm for example.

I would think a standard M5 washer (if that's what threadsize it is) would do you.
