Identify this bike GT edition

I'm looking to upgrade to a mountain bike for commuting that can handle the rain, budget
£150. I came across this. I will go look at the bike tomorrow afternoon but I want to do some research before I show up. I want to read some reviews before I go so that I just need to check the conditions of the gears, breaks and crank. Can anyone identify this bike? I wish sellers could post better photos. I range up the seller but he's out and couldn't tell me anything about the bike.

I've picked up the bike. It needs some work but I think it's not bad for £90.
I don't know how to identify specifics parts and the buy I bought it from bought it second hand and changed the forks.
I know it has Doer gear set and tektro auriga comp disc brakes with RST gila t4 front suspension.

Still can't figure out which year it's from

The frame and spec suggests the 2007 Avalanche:

That review is for the top of the range model, but there are pics of the frame in the livery you have. Frame will be the same but different spec.
