A lorry! I wasn't paying much attention, and assumed it was a motorcycle helmet cam as the camera view seemed very clear

He isn't a cyclist,just a chav who happens to be sat on a bike. Would you put him in the same catergory as yourself when you describe yourself as a cyclist? I wouldn't !

Anybody riding a bike is a cyclist by definition. You may choose to modify the English language if you like. I'm happy with the standard version.

Hang on a minute though... a wheelie on a bike is the equivalent of riding a unicycle.... providing you have the strength to get the front wheel off the ground and you find the balance point you could do it all day... 
...the difference with a motor vehicle is that it's the power of the engine and forward thrust to generate the moment turning about the rear axle which overcomes the weight to maintain the wheelie off the ground...

Ok we'll call him a cyclist! Come the time when the idiot causes an accident,knocks over a pedestrian,crashes into another cyclist etc,then the anti cycling mob will use this"cyclist"as an example of how "they're all the same"! "No regard for other road users,AND they don't even pay effing road tax either"!
