Idiotic cyclist

This morning I had to take GF into Burton Hospital. On the way to work I spotted an idiot here. He was coming down the hill at about 7:20am with a coach and a group of cars behind him. He was freewheeling, no hands and texting . I couldn't believe he thought this was okay to do on his commute into Burton. I hope he wasn't anyone from here .

I saw one this morning, interesting technique, elbows on the bars and both hands on the mobile

I often see a paper boy cycle past the house, no hands and I am pretty sure he is texting. The thing is he does a very good job of slaloming the white line down the middle of the road.

There is a busy roundabout (minor road crossing 'A' road) no more than 10m from the limit of my view. I keep witing for the screech of tyres, horn, crash, sirens; but he does seem to be completely invincible.

A few minutes later he passes the other way, this time on the pavement, still no hands.

There is a part of me that is jealous.

Amateur. I ride no handed whilst playing the ukulele and a mouth organ. Once my "One Man Band" bass drum arrives, people will have to give me so much room I'll have the road to myself.

I reckon it's because the road surfaces have got worse ......

I've never been able to hold a wheelie for more than a few seconds.
I am quite good at endos though
