Say if a shop was supposed to be ringing you after two days then nobody bothered and it was now day 4 and you had sent an email which also wasnt replied to would they lose your custom? or would you not be bothered?
I’d have already called back by close of business the second day asking what the status of my bike is. Generally it’s not the shops fault but the part/bike supplier or shipper, but it would be nice if the shop proactively kept you informed.
