If anyone remembers, I posted a thread last friday about my commute of two halves. First half good, second half... 'cack' The last of a few incidents being a very poor pass by a bus, whilst I was passing a row of parked cars, with oncoming traffic.
I didn't report it straight away, but on reflection decided to ask them to review their CCTV.
I just phoned home and found out I'd got a letter from "First". Asked our lass to read it. The usual thing you'd expect "Our drivers are well aware", "driver has been traced", "what must have been a frightening experience" etc
Any doubts as to it being a standard form letter were dismissed in the first couple of sentences though, when it refers to my phone call.
I reported it through their online contact form....
