It did say 'errant cyclists' - didn't see anyone I'd class as a cyclist, all looked like POB's !

PS I was actually let out onto the main road last night by a POB - he'd seen me pull up towards the road from the 'works' entrance, and stopped, and waved me out. I thanked him. Nearly fell off me bike.
