OK I didn't...

I cant do it, thats the point! I love a good read of a paper/crossword puzzle whilst on the throne, never do either anywhere else as I use my laptop or phone for reading/games/puzzles...

Maybe if I got a little side table for the loo to rest it on?

Our bog is known as the library on account of the range of printed matter available to the menfolk of Chateau Vernon.

A shelf has been vetoed.

The most awesome 'library' that I have ever seen belonged to a widow whose husband, prior to his death, had lined the bog walls with shelves and populated them with books on steam railways, aviation with particular reference to WWII and maritime affairs.
