I lost about 3/4 pounds on the ride on sunday. Cant stop eating now.

Well I didn't do it overnight but I've managed to lose more than two stone several times and every time I vow not to put it on again, but then I do. In fact I've done it again over the last couple of years... .

I did lose over 2 1/2 stone in less than 3 weeks last year but I was in intensive care, being fed by a tube up my nose at the time.

At 11st 5lb if I suddenly lost 2 stone I'd be way too thin, might climb fast though.
