It is "White Stadt" - someone (or some piece of software) has decided to translate some placenames into the wrong language! die Stadt means City in German. Apparently there are a few of these in Google, I just googled it!

You're right: Stadt does mean city. You'd be amazed how many places were granted Stadt status in the middle ages and have shrunk, if anything, since. So there are a lot of big hamlets which insist on calling themselves cities.
*But there is just the tiny point that having started with "Ihr" you then need to go on with, "Bitte denkt weiter ..."

Gah! Flippin' German grammar ... it makes my head hurt! How long do you suppose it takes for German grammar to become second-nature, if you speak the language every day?
