I'll be honest, the only reason I'm watching Camelot

The Mrs upset you?

Yeah thats good. Went to bed in the end after trawling through the channels of s*** last night. I think I ended up half watching some disaster docu tosh on the satelite "when pens explode!" or something.

EDIT that for for the Brassed Off film... its linked the wrong message. Hmmm...

Despite having a talented line up of actors and actresses, it is, unfortunately, sh!t. I taped the first one, watched it and then cancelled the rest of the series recording. The best King Arthur retelling is still Excalibur.

Agree completely.

I must confess a soft spot for jazzed up brained down 'historical drama' with a bit of T&A - I enjoyed Rome, eg, and even the first few episodes of the Tudors (tho' I tired of that one) but one episode was enough to persuade me that this was just a steaming pile of poo.

Recorded the first episode, got half way through and deleted it…utter crap. I'll have to check I canceled the series link. I suppose because the story is so well known they have to do something to make it stand out, ending up being the over dramatized crap that it is.

Agree. Dialogue straight from Sunset Beach, i.e. written using clichés and thoughtful nods, nothing else.

Watched the first one. Not bothering with any more.
