I'm back, after a series of disasters. (Looking for recovery)

I know I should do something to start to pull myself up, my children need me fit and well if no-one else does but everything is too much effort. Way too much effort. I should get out cycling, exercise is good.

Best of wishes to you Debian, and whatever you might think of yourself, your situation etc, and think things are just too much effort when you are at a low ebb, it's not just your children that need you fit and well, you do.
