three wheels on my wagon
put a cheapy one on just after I put the bike back on the road and took it off when I got home watching that magnet spinning on my wheel was too irritating. I never needed one before and think I can survive without one now I will put my money into replacing my tub rims with tyres when I have enough.

My battery on my cateye cycle computer went flat about 3 weeks ago, I have to say I'm not really that bothered. I don't feel my cycling has suffered. Am I becoming a more chilled cyclist, or is it that I know how far I commute on a daily basis and the speed mileage doesn't really matter to me these days. If I see another cyclist don't get me wrong ill probably chase them down, but I think I'll just leave the computer on my weekend bike.......,,

The batteries in mine went about a month ago and I actually prefer it, I don't spend he whole time looking at my speedo, it's great!

I stopped using mine a few months ago when the battery died and I then managed to get the cover stuck when trying to replace it.

I've definitely become more chilled, no more constantly looking down to make sure I am going 22+mph. However I still chase other cyclists in the distance, just can't help it.

Occasionally I'll set Strava off on my phone if I want to record a ride, but it's definitely not compulsive anymore.

I used my Garmin every time for the first year. Recording even the shortest of rides. After a while my commuting distances or time spent in the saddle didn't change, and so i stopped recording the commute.
Only weekend rides are recorded now, makes me want to cycle further and faster

Can't be bothered with them too much of a distraction. I cycle more instinctively and smoothly without.

i was with out my sat nav for a few days as it got drenched (bloody dogs) and hence no longer works, i hated not being able to know my speed and every thing else, found an old computer now so i have been able to break a few average speeds.

I have only put mine back on after 2 years last week. I have though used Strava since Feb and still can't beat the time I set on the hill on my Hybrid one cold February evening !
Mind you I will be getting the Garmin 500 next month for my 10 year anniversary !

I have a Cateye Strada Cadence on my fixed-gear.

It makes me giggle that it measures something I simply do not need to measure.
