I have had a bad time recently. Yesterday, there is a cycle lane that I have had so many problems with that I refuse to use it, deliberate close pass, horn pointing at cycle lane. Today 2/3 of the way up a hill exhausted as I still have the dregs of a virus, narrow road 3 cars parked on oposite side, passed the first one, Black Cab decides he doesn't want to wait to over take the park cars so drives straight at me forcing me to take avoiding action.thomas said:Gibbyent, I know what you mean about cycling in Norwich...there are some idiots...but actually, the past few times I've been I've been okay.

I can barely believe it. I got "honked" at again by some fat little man as I was going past a traffic island. I was filming at the time and could show you, but even when the road split into 2 lanes he never actually got past due to the big line of cars! It really annoyed me as I had to slow right down so I could stick my tongue out at him!! Saying that after I blew my cheeks out to do an impression of a fat man he did start laughing.

I know someone who cycled into the back of a parked car. It was after that her parents thought a trip to the opticians would be a good idea. She started wearing glasses soon after that
