Congratulations.

You've evidently taken the "marry in haste, repent at leisure" advise a wee bit seriously, haven't you...

We've been together 16 yrs, so I think she's the one! We've never really had the money to get wed, what with me spending all our spare cash on bikes & whisky! We got engaged a few years ago, but it never progressed from there until a couple of months ago when a few quid came our way.
We are having a small intimate ceremony at the registry office, just a couple of friends and family. My 13 year old son is my best man, he asked me if he could be. Then a chauffeur driven car is picking us up and taking us to the Savoy Hotel in London for the night. After checking in we're having afternoon tea (Mrs J to be has always wanted to have afternoon tea in a top hotel) then a few hours to kill (I suggested a walk by the river) before dinner in the evening in the Savoy Grill. After dinner we're going to have a few drinks in the American bar. In the morning after breakfast it's a short train ride back to reality and then out for dinner over the next couple of nights with various groups of friends.
The last few weeks have been pretty manic shopping for suits, wedding dresses, rings and everything else that goes with it. One last shopping trip on Saturday and I think we'll be ready for the big day.

Many Congratulations!! It sounds like a perfect day!
My wedding consisted of 9 people in total and it was lovely
