Ellie has killed 3 fledgling blackbirds today and I am so pissed off with her. :?:

Only playing, no puncture wounds, but FFS! I can't even look at her at the moment.

It's what they do, unfortunately. A friend of mine who lives in rural Herefordshire has four cats, and she's forever nursing injured fledgelings back to health, feeding them minced insects from a pippette and so forth.:?:

It`s mice my cat normally catches, though she does get the occasional bird....hall floor covered in feathers this morning. Her haul has included 2 bats and 1 rat in the past. Problem with the mice is that she brings them in alive and kicking and then lets them go. The humane trap (just confines them) has come in very handy on a number of occasions.

Is it? Never had it before with any other dog. I tried to get one off her but she thought it was a toy. The effing wings were going and all sorts and then it died.

The parents are panning around trying to find their young and I have 'removed' them.

Not happy. :?: I must be a right suck.
