We got cycling bottoms, tops and glasses each. We got a pump too and the saddlebag with tools in. Probably toffee metal but we needed a new saddlebag thing.
The Lidl we went to seemed to have no socks or panniers.
Not used the pump yet, or any of it yet for that matter. Its howling it down with rain here and we are feeling nesh.

Bought the lights and the silver cycling top,
The lights are bright and have two funtions a high beam and low beam
but no flashing option, suppose to be 3w, had the light measured at work
and on full beam it was about 90 lux
The top is fine 100% polyester three back pockets and a zipped pocket.

Don't know about that long, brought mine yesterday, went to use it today and the lever came straight off, broken piece of moulding. You watch the shop be out of stock now

Well the local Lidl not only changed the pump but also checked the others in stock for possible cracks in the same place, think the first one dropped from a high place lol

i think me time at lidl is done went back 3 times

lights are decent shame its only 2 functions but its second light for me anyways though dnt quite fit where i wanted to place em

jerseys are night only the spoke reflectors left to put on

Not sure where in Gtr Manc you are, NT, but there's tons of 'em in Irlam, even now.

They look MASSIVE!!

The whole set up is pretty big tbh! I'm only using the side panniers myself, if I put the top one on as well I'd look like I was setting off to do a LEJOG  It'll come in handy though as a small case for any overnight training courses that get foisted upon me from work

I went in and got the 'cycling suit', compression top, and some socks (but they were a size and a half too small, they still fit though). These are my first Lycra items so I have nothing to compare them to but they seem fine, they seem as though I was expecting Lycra to be... The cycling suit is very warm though as someone else pointed out, will do good for winter.

Like some others I was a bit strapped for cash, may check back in the next few days with some more pennies.

Well I bought the £5 combination saddlebag/rucksack. The quality seems good, zips are fine. The rucksack is of course a bit compromised by having to fold up in a small space but for a fiver its all fine.

I may convert the rucksack part to a lower saddlebag, as I am wondering when I would ever need to convert the saddlebag into a rucksack whilst out (surely I would have my normal rucksack with me anyway!)

No pumps at my local store, shame as I am struggling to find a decent one.

With the LIDL light I get 4 hours using 4 2AH eneloop batteries so 2A * 4.8V = 9.6 Watt-hour = 2.4 watts per hour.So that is exact considering it is undervolted by 20%. (3W minus 20% = 2.4 watts)
