Google have bought a thermostat company. Company makes thermostats that can be controlled over the internet.

Why? That's control thermostat over the internet? What a useless idea. I use my hand it works just as well.

They'll be able to tell when you're in. What you use to operate the thermostats, or if you used manual control. Giving them a very good idea where you are when tied into mobile phone usage.
