Had a great ride in today, sunny and warm wind on my back (or not at all) and was really "bookin" as I sped along the embankment.

Got up to earls court and had the pleasure to ride along behind a very shapley youg lass with a neat little tattoo just above her thong (sorry to all the lady members...but I am going somewhere with this!) and a really tight pair of bib leggings showing off all that god had made, she even smelt nice!!.

took a special effort to get along side her at the lights and give her a little smile.


...yep...it was a bloke.

to his credit, he was a good lookin fella.

needless to say, I moved the picture of my wife and kids so that its right next to my PC monitor, just off to do some press ups on cut glass then cut down a few frees before fixing up all the cars in the car park

.....then I might go out and try some quiche...no stop it!!

Even better eye candy when racing a marathon (speed skating). Cyclists tend to have good legs and buns, and speedskaters even better ones.
