I should have my Woodrup Chimera within the next week.

I've had an email to say that the frame is back from the stove enameller's and that bike building starts tomorrow.

Woop woop.

For a second , I thought it said 'Woodchip Chimenea'.
Nice bike! I am well jealous. Does it come with a belt as standard instead of a chain?

The Chimera has belt drive as standard.

There are quite a few things that can be altered within the spec such as frame tubing, finishing kit, braze ons etc.

vern's not going to actually ride it, silly!

It looks pretty enough to keep in the living room.

The bike is built and just needs me to call in and drop off the dynamo lights to be fitted and then it's ready for collection
Frame's a nice colour.
I had considered having it painted bright orange to match my other bikes but the shade of green on the prototype model was more alluring. Steve Woodrup reckons that it's a marmite colour. It's loved or hated.
