'Skyfall' gets a smile here in France. It's the 'crumble' bit. Crumble (as in apple) is a popular dessert here so I guess it amuses people to think Adele is singing about a pudding. No custard though.

There is no point where people should "assimilate" to pronouncing "shh" where the sound is "s", whoever started doing it needs to beshottold off in a shtern manner.
