I enjoyed it - yes, Humph's trademark grumpy deadpan persona was sadly missed, but Stephen Fry filled in admirably. Things change, and I'd rather have ISIHAC on than not on any more. There are 30-odd years of archive recordings with Humph on them for those who yearn for the past.
I suppose there are other precedents. Loose Ends continued without Ned Sherrin. Desert Island Discs continued without Roy Plomley. Still I'm not sure I'll listen to it. It would be like going to see Queen without Freddie Mercury.
