Night Train

Maker of Things
I am still awake and working at this time. I will need to be up at 7.30 later this morning.

I want about 6-7 hours a night but I only get about 3-4 hours at best.

What I think I really need is a 28 hour day, then I can work, or be active, for 20 hours and then have 8 hours in bed. That would convert the current 7 day week into a 6 day week. It would allow me to work four 10 hour days and still have a two day weekend.

I used to be like that, Crock - and now I love the prospect of bed, but sometimes sleep is a stranger. You need to roll out some night rides to give yourself that bonus exercise and relaxation - better than being stuck on this forum!

9 hours is my ideal. I'd somehow like to work it so that I could nap in the afternoon (between 3-5, when nothing happens) and then get up a bit earlier in the morning.

About 5 - 6 hrs sleep for me usually. As someone who is both an early morning and a late night person, ideally, I could do with a siesta in the middle of the day.
