I'm not going to lose sleep over this but it's just frustrating how you have belongings that you look after and show respect to other peoples property then the a55h*les that just don't give a fig screw your stuff up anyway.

I know - I think so many people don't care about their own belongings so there's no chance they'll have any respect for yours or mine.

Definitely not a trolley and definitely the front bumper of somebody who swung too wide when parking or leaving. Most of that whiteness is the top layer of lacquer, which powders to white when scratched. A professional polisher will be able to get rid of most of that and might even be able to disguise the rest with a quick scoot over with fresh lacquer.
