Cycling guides / leaflets are common in France, yesterday we downloaded the entire Via Verde for Spain in a small. village tourist office via the bar code app.

If it's the official Via Verde app it's actually out of date and doesn't have all the VVs on it!

The Via Verde are amazing. So much longer than any rail trails in the UK

I've been on a couple and one in particular was not easy! I got the impression that upkeep may have been neglected, perhaps due to Covid.

I do indeed, bit rusty but can get by, when I lived there I mostly managed to blunder through Hiragana (one of the three alphabets) as well. Need to brush up.

YouTube allows you to adjust speed, as do most Podcast players.
I know you're not into the online world but to keep a language alive it may be worth exploring.
