The Soreen one gets around your crowns. Always gets squashed when cutting. I think the Plum stuff is better, not so claggy. Butter and honey and if you're on a ride, add a few dates too, without stones of course! Think of all the calories you have to work at to get rid of!

I've actually wussed out and bought the pre-sliced stuff before now. Much easier ans it doesn't squash.
