Upload it to Google Docs and give the world read access? Or is that not what you want?

Well, what I meant was, upload it to Google Docs, which will understand it and even allow you to edit it.

Then you would allow sharing and provide a link to it from your blog and it would open in the browser. You can set up sharing so guests can only view it if you want.
