What you do is tension the spokes such that with the application of a playing card and clothes peg, your rear wheel plays a 36 note repeating tune.

Yeah, i saw him at sky ride. The steering mechanism on it is the best though, just moves bodyweight across on the seat.

He's actually a very good pianist also.

They were no hills on the route though.

It'd be good for funerals, riding just in front of the hearse.

In between here and there
Careful though you wont be able to ride without being able to hear the cars behind you..

So if the music requires pedalling (of the pianistic variety), can that be linked in with the pedals (of the bicycle variety) or do you just glide to a halt?

I suspect that the niceties of composition play second fiddle (of you'll pardon the mixed metaphor) to the rattle of the tarmac and potholes and so on....

He could accompany these guys:

I've seen them, and they are fantastic. Excellent clowning, cheerful oompah music and superb bike control.

There's some footage of them at the end of my SPEZI video report:

One day, I hope to have a party big enough to book them for. If it has to be my funeral, that's ok.
