Is that your 50th bike Dayvo (what you is celebrating?) So n+1 still works....

The pic shows Sydney I think  (I can't get it to expand ). But what are you on (to coin a phrase)?

Excellent! I think at least one other person round here has done it as well, but I can't remember who.

Given that I had got married a week before and was on the best holiday ever, standing on top of that bridge rates as one of the greatest things I have done.

Well, I've not been married (managed to escape that) but even if I had, the bridge climb still would have been the best thing I've done. :becool:

I can't wait to go back. How much did yours cost? Mine was $198. But worth EVERY cent.

I think it cost about that.

We spent 10 days in Sydney, but left feeling there was 'unfinished business' so we're going back in 2013. It is by far the nicest city I've ever been too, even the hoodies put their litter in the bins.

On our second day there we went to The Oakes in Cremorne where you cook your own food, and we walked in trying to size up the joint. Anyway, this middle aged waitress saunters over:

"Hi, have you been here before?"

"No we haven't"

"Why not?"

"Er...because we're from England"

"Well, that's no bloody excuse!"

That was when I fell for Sydney and it's people.

If I can scan the (oldy-worldy celluloid) pic in I'll show you me a Mrs Browser doing a night climb up there. Mrs Bwas 5 months pregnant with our son but determined not to miss this, so we kind-of, ahem, 'forgot' to mention it when we went and signed the disclaimer forms :birthday: :girl:
Helluva experience and helluva view too.

Did you get a free magnifying glass with that? Or am I the only one that can't make the attached file a viewable size :birthday:

My old man done that 2 years ago when visiting my sisters, he was 68.

He's 70 now and just found out at the weekend as had some t-shirt on when he was DIYing and I asked where he got it. He told me he climbed the bridge and I didn't believe him till he showed me a photo.

Fair play to him. He showed me the photo and he had. Rides a nice Bianchi too. That's the way you want to be at that age. Bit like RichP :birthday:
