Here's a tale from my recent dealings with Bicygnals.
I've had a Bicygnals Pebble (http://www.bicygnals.com/pebble.php) light set for a year or so now and I really like them; the two outer LEDs give a nice wide viewing angle.
I recently broke one after not clipping it to it's mount properly (my fault, not the clip) and after hitting a bump it flew off at about 18mph, bounced several times on the road, and then I ran over it. It was still sat blinking in the middle of the road when I went back to get it but the front lens had a big chunk missing.
I contacted Bicygnals who offered to send me a reduced price front light along with my order for a new front bracket (so I could swap the lights onto my other bike as well). It arrived in the post the other day.
Nice to see some decent companies out there; I've been happy with this light for a while and now I'm impressed with their customer service too.
