For the last 10 years or so I have been able to look out the office window to see a derilict factory with it's own hanging gardens from the gutters.

Last week the demolition crew arrived. On Friday the roof came down and by this Monday the wall were down as I arrived at work. All week they have been sorting the debris into piles of rubble, wood, metal, etc... and loading it onto lorries to take away.

Now they are nearly done with a few dwindling piles left.

Mind you I expect it to get noisy when they move on to ripping up the concrete base.

I failed a college exam because I had a sixth floor view of one of the old concrete grain silos at Ipswich docks being demolished with a ball and chain. I figured I could always re-sit the exam but I'd never get another chance to watch a building being demolished with such a good view.

When I re-sat the exam all the questions were the same as the first time I sat it.

Deja View?

I saw the title and thought this was going to be a thread about the Sly Stallone film.
