"as his testicles get hit they send warning signals to the brain" .... they make it sound like his heart rate went up because he got hit but i reckon it was way before he got hit. he saw it coming and if you look at the footage he reacts before he's actually hit. his heart rate and adrenaline would be up the moment he starts to react, it wouldn't be the testicle hit that sends the signals, it would be his eyes.
