Inner tube advice needed please

Hi all - newbie question coming up!

I need to get some inner tubes for my Giant Defy 1. Wondered what the consensus would be - do I stay loyal to the brand and get giant tubes (absolutely LOVE my bike btw)? Do I just grab whatever fits off the shelf at Halfords or my LBS? Do I order whatever is on offer from the likes of Wiggle or Cyclestore? Inner tubes are surely much of a muchness aren't they? Or are they? If inner tube A is twice the price of inner tube B, is it really going to be twice as tough/reliable/long lasting? I'm not a skinflint - if it's truly worth paying more, I will. Grateful for any advice, cheers.

They are much of a muchness.
Get the cheapest at the time you can find.
I do and I find they last thousands of miles if you look after your tyres.
