Yes. You'll find they have overlapping sizes, in a sort of 1.5to 2.0 and 1.9 to 2.5 sort of way. Get the smallest you need rather than bigger, as you're less likely to trap one in the beading when fitting it. .
It's unlikely that you'll get one smack on 1.95 (that's the width of the tyre in inches). Getting the diameter right is probably more important, which is what the 26 bit is.
A tube marked 26 x 1.5-2.5 will do the job nicely for example.
Make sure you get the right valve too. At a guess you've got Schraeder valves (car type valves). 26 inch tubes are available in presta valve versions too.
so if i can find one that is 1.5to 2.0 that would be better?Also struggling finding a 26x1.95 schwalbe that i can use mainly for road with a tad of offroading as well
