They don't say what the make are. They state their business model is to buy direct from the manufacturer rather than waiting for them to be branded.
They also offer a no quibble money back guarantee with no need to return the tube, just send a picture. I'm going to give them a go. What can possibly go wrong with LEL coming up.

I don't think it's a scam per se, they may just be c*** tubes. IIRC the option to recover lost monies from your credit card only kicks in at £100 btw.

Only problem is they don't seem to have 700c x 23 or 25
