Inner tube

Can I use a 700x20/28 inner tube in a 700x32 Tyre? I think Yes I can, but my mate is saying No!

It will work but it will because it is not rated for that width it will be over stretched and more prone to failiure. OK as a stop gap measure but you should really get the correct one asap.

I'd say Cyclopathic is more cautious than I am. Just go for it. It'll be fine. IMHO.

Me too. I'd do that without a second thought. Inner tubes aren't exactly precision engineering..I really can't see 4mm making any odds.

Same here. It will work fine. (I used 700x28c tubes in 700x38c snow studs on my commuter last winter without any problems)

Thanks everybody, I thought I could use a smaller inner tube, but you know how it is when your mate says `oh No you can`t` it starts you thinking!
