Yep, turn a valve and tyres up to 120psi in about 5 seconds.... lovely

How many times? I saw them on fleabay.

1 cylinder does 1 time, but new cartridges aren't expensive and hopefully you don't use them too often

Tyre wear is the other common cause of p*s. No matter how good they are they will eventually wear thin, and then you'll p*. However a 6week old bike shouldn't suffer from this - was it 2nd hand? have you been riding 1000miles a week?

Always carry a spare inner tube with you (or two) it's just much much faster and more convenient than patching the old one (which you can then do in comfort and leisure at home).

I bought the bike brand new and was fine with no punctures till i took it in for its first free service, since then I have had the problems!
I bought a new inner tube on monday and fitted it fine then this morning (Wednesday) i had another p is always in a different place and always a tiny single hole/tear. I have noticed a hole in the actual tyre but this isn't where i have had any of the p's, was thinking about getting a slightly thicker tyre, currently running on Continental Ultra Race (700 23C) , maybe i need something more rugged?

FYI my commute is 10-11 miles accross london, and all road.

I take it the problem is with the rear wheel?

yep. only had the one puncture in front and that was caused by a screw, all the others are always on the rear

Whats your weight?
I weigh almost 17 stone arghh and as the back tyre takes a lot of the weight i use 700x25 a thicker (4x) innertube and 36 spokes.I use armadillos.

Its not a weight issue, prob about 12 stone, where do you get thicker inner tubes from?

It's just struck me, has anyone ever used outer tubes?
