I haven't in the past and never had the problem but the press on pumps I have had have seemed a bit erratic getting on/off so I thought I'd try a excellently reviewed Leyzne with screw on, big mistake, I think I'm going to go back to a press on pump

I rarely needs to use my Lezyne screw-on pump, but have not had any problem with presta valves unscrewing.

If it happens, can I just screw the core back in or is it broken?

I think you can screw it back in, as long as you haven't dropped and lost any of it. The trouble is, you then have to pump it back up and might unscrew the core taking such a pump off

You can screw it back in but if you've not got a valve spanner (or whatever its called) it'll just come lose again !

i have the light weight Slime inner tubes for my road bike. Im way too paranoid on getting a puncture in the middle of no where so the tyres have extra guard things on them aswell.
All this becuase my new wheels gave me 3 punctures in one day, as the Rim tape wasnt quite lined up .. nothing a bit of electrical insulation tape wouldnt fix before putting the rim tape back on.
