Insect House, anybody have one in their garden ?

Just been give one as Father's Day present.
What sort of insects might I expect. I live In the North West and have a decent sized garden.
Will I get 'unwelcome' creepy crawlies ?
(I do like most insects)

You'll probably get all sorts, over time. Do a bit of googling of the best places to place one in the garden. Don't forget the pool and deckchairs (bug hotel).

I've made several and took Google's advice as to where best to site them. Five star luxury, south facing, slate roofs, the lot.
I did a couple of mock-ups and so had a few logs with holes drilled in them spare and I threw them on the log pile (facing East).
Guess which ones got used first?!!

Done that. Somewhere warm and sunny in the early morning so eg their wings can warm up.

Given that there are typically 2000 species of insect in the average UK garden, I would urge your guests to book early to avoid disappointment.
