Interesting sticker

Was giving the bike a wipe down the other day and noticed a very useful sticker on the frame which I hadn't noticed before.

Thought what a good piece of advice,especially if your a bit heavy

I was telling the lads at work about this sticker and they all fell about laughing and no-one beleived me, so told em I would take a photo.

I'm only a bit overweight, hence taking up cycling to get fit and the lads always give me some friendly banter on being a bit tubby

It only dawned on me when I was looking at the photo and recognised the style of the sticker we use at work, that I'd took my bike into the workshops to show it off one day and left it unattended for 1/2 hour what the b@**rds had done
