Horrible road surface for a start. Looked like a bit of a close-pass but the camera moves around too much to really tell. I think inventive mounting can solve that.

This do often look very different on film to that in real life.
The best way to check how close a car was when overtaking someone on video is to look at the position of the left hand side of the vehicle as it passes and the central position of the cyclist. A bit of guesstimation and you can see how close it was.

My camera is bad for distorting things, it makes thing to the side seem further away than they are and things to the front seem closer. Like this, which I don't recall being too bad.

None at all, unless you count easing off; the camera makes it look worse than it was.

I still don't get - camera says you go dizzy (or I did ) - there was a crap road to look out for....
