Doing your job. Would you question yourself if they’d hit another car or a pedestrian?

Leaving the scene of the crime seems to go unpunished by Mags where I live.
Although it could just be piss poor reporting in the local rag.

As long as you don't have your bike next to you and are not wearing your cycling kit:tongue:

I would have thought being able to see an incident from a drivers and cyclists point of view would be helpful.

Nice chap, turned up,fully admitted that he was late for work and distractedby hismobile phone which was ringing on his passenger seat, didn't realise he had hit the cyclist!
Anyway I gave him a proper telling off and told him to pay more attention the next time!

Actually I reported him for Dangerous Driving and leaving the scene of an accident. Should get a letter to attend court in next couple of weeks!

That's good, mind you, the court will most probably award the driver with a new car because the cyclist's bike was not fitted with a bell.
