iPhone compatible heart rate and cadence sensors

Anyone know of a decent heart rate sensor and cadence sensor that can link to an iphone?

I found this one but its only available in America. There may be a way of getting hold of it but i'm not sure how.

If I'm working it out correctly, I'd have to pay $160 plus shipping from the US. Think I may be better off getting a UK sourced dedicated system
